As the BLACK LIVES MATTER anti-discrimination movement grows, I wanted to create more environments in Japan where people can speak out against discrimination. I also wanted to create an opportunity for people to think about it on a continuous basis, rather than just as a passing phase. When I thought about this, Ida Yukimasa was the first person who came to mind, and I reached out to him.
