Italian lingerie brand LA PERLA will open its Ginza store (1F, 3rd Iwatsuki Building, 6-7-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) on April 13th. The latest 13SS collection will be released, along with a Japan-exclusive collection to commemorate the opening.

The 13SS collection is inspired by Giuseppe Lampedusa's "The Leopard," one of the most iconic 19th-century Italian novels. The Japan-exclusive collection was designed as an homage to the beauty of the novel's protagonist, a charming Sicilian girl with beautiful green eyes.

A deep, heavy green mesh fabric is combined with a sheer vintage flare and silk crepe de chine, and artisans have hand-embroidered it with pearls, sequins, and Swarovski crystals. The lineup includes a romper (size 2, 241,500 yen, limited to 3 items), a bra (size 2B, 105,000 yen, limited to 5 items), a G-string (size 2, 63,000 yen, limited to 3 items), and a garter (size 2, 84,000 yen, limited to 5 items). Customers who purchase these limited items will receive a special lingerie box on a first-come, first-served basis.
