A photo exhibition featuring new images of musician Kazuya Yoshii by photographer Mikio Ariga will be held at a special gallery inside the Lithium Homme store in Harajuku, Tokyo, from April 26th through May 5th.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Yoshii's solo debut. He released his greatest hits album, "18," in January. Ariga has been photographing Yoshii since The Yellow Monkey's first Budokan performance in 1995, and many of his works have graced album and DVD covers to this day. The exhibition will feature these images as well as unreleased cuts. Ariga will also be holding gallery talks (April 27th, May 1st, and 5th; applications must be made by the 24th). In addition, a photo-printed T-shirt (7,875 yen) has been produced in collaboration with Lithium Homme. Additional cuts will also be on display at Tower Records Shibuya during the exhibition.
