Isetan Shinjuku will be holding a "Randoseru Festival" from August 5th, featuring a selection of approximately 600 randoseru. At the venue, we will introduce a wide variety of randoseru and brands that we don't usually have the chance to showcase. This year, for customers who cannot make it to the venue, we will be introducing products via chat. To avoid overcrowding in the store, we have implemented a reservation system during peak hours.

You can also use our "chat (LINE) customer service" to help you choose your randoseru! Reservations will be required during peak hours each day during the event.

For customers who cannot make it to the venue...we will be providing customer service via chat (LINE)!
This is a service using LINE. A representative will be available to answer each customer's questions. Please ask your questions at a time that is convenient for you and we will respond within a day or two between 10am and 7pm. *Video phone customer service (ZOOM) will be suspended during this period. It will resume on Tuesday, August 11th.

Safety and Security Measures: Three Requests to Customers
As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Isetan Shinjuku is making three requests of customers to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees. 1. Temperature checks are conducted at the store entrance (those with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher are not permitted to enter). 2. Customers are requested to wear masks while inside the store. 3. Customers are requested to maintain a reasonable distance from one another. Employees are also required to take their temperature via thermography upon entry, wear masks, and thoroughly clean and disinfect the store to prevent the spread of infection.
