On April 25th, adidas Consortium will release the "Tubular Moc Runner" sneaker (priced at ¥16,000), a collaboration with Canadian select shop OTH.

The sneaker, part of OTH's 15th anniversary project, was inspired by the "Voyagurs," French-Canadian traders who traveled between Native Americans and trading posts by foot and canoe from the 18th to early 19th centuries. Their tradition of incorporating many local ideas into various styles is incorporated into adidas sneakers.

The toe box is crafted from smooth premium black leather. The wool upper features traditional moccasin stitching. The split tongue is also a striking design. Additionally, the frozen lake printed on the insole and the blue on the outsole evoke the dangerous lakes that lurk along trade routes during winter expeditions.
