[A first in the watch industry] A new band combining wood and leather
The band, developed using walnut, the real wood material used by VARCO, and genuine cowhide kid leather, is made using Japan's top-class slicing technology, which allows the natural wood to be sliced to a delicate thickness of just 0.2 mm and then pressed together with leather, resulting in a new, appealing texture that is flexible despite being made of natural wood.
The leather material is high-quality vegetable-tanned kid leather, which is hand-dyed to bring out the natural texture of the leather, resulting in a rich, natural-looking cowhide finish. The more you use it, the softer and smoother it becomes, and the more it shines, developing an antique look over time, making it the perfect belt for UNDONE's 1960s vintage-style watch dial.
Each belt is handmade
Each belt is handmade by the same craftsmen who make VARCO's leather products on a daily basis. Additionally, the wristwatches are also manufactured to order by specialized watchmakers, assembling each one individually, making them products that are brimming with attention to detail.
