"HIBISCUS" (184,000 yen) from Charlotte Olympia's Cruise 2015 collection is the epitome of a passionate tropical flower.
Large hibiscus appliqués are carefully embroidered by hand one by one all over the vibrant green suede. The bold design, covered in flowers and leaves down to the ankles, and the 14.5cm stiletto heel are provocative.
This season, Charlotte Olympia presented a cheerful and colorful collection inspired by the spirit of Mexico. The hibiscus motif is inspired by the flower that was worn as a head accessory by Mexican painter Frida Kahlo.
