With the desire to share the appeal and potential of specialty coffee with as many people as possible, Blue Bottle Coffee has launched Japan's first alcoholic cocktail menu. This marks the first time that Blue Bottle Coffee has released a standard menu item.

On June 11, 2020, Blue Bottle Coffee Japan LLC opened the "Blue Bottle Coffee Hiroo Cafe" at the main entrance of "THE RESTAURANT" (the entire building opened on July 20, 2020), located in the Hiroo Shopping Arcade.

"THE RESTAURANT" is located on the first and second floors of "EAT PLAY WORKS," a new facility aimed at up-and-coming business people that combines work culture with food and wellness. It is a food hall that brings together exceptional chefs and brings together 17 renowned restaurants renowned both domestically and internationally, offering first-class flavors in a casual setting.

To coincide with the July 20th opening of "THE RESTAURANT," Blue Bottle Coffee has launched Japan's first alcoholic cocktail menu. Co-developed under the supervision of Ayatake Oba, a bartending competition veteran with extensive experience and a deep knowledge of cutting-edge techniques, Japanese sake, and tea, these five authentic cocktails, unique to Blue Bottle Coffee, feature high-quality coffee and espresso. Their unique flavors overturn the image of "coffee cocktails" and bring out the new appeal of specialty coffee.
In addition to carefully hand-brewed coffee and espresso drinks, the Hiroo Cafe also offers an extensive brunch menu. We offer a comfortable space where guests can enjoy a drink as they like, tailored to their time of day and needs. We look forward to welcoming you.
