Eyewear brand MAX PITTION has released a visual "STYLE CARD" showcasing the brand's full line.
The visual also features the new "MAESTRO" model, which was released in 2015 in new colorways of bone, smoky bamboo, and tortoiseshell-print black and blue. Additionally, models appear wearing the brand's full line, including the oversized "Politician" frames, which incorporate a chunky vintage feel into a modern look. The visuals, which feel like a snapshot of a single lifestyle scene, highlight each and every item.
MAX PITTION is a leading French eyewear brand from the 1960s and 1970s. In 2013, John Mayer, an avid vintage eyewear collector and Grammy Award-winning guitarist, acquired the rights and revived the brand. The brand is designed and produced by Tammy O'Gara, who has worked on eyewear for Supreme and Visvim.
In 2013, the iconic "Politician," an all-handmade modern remake of the original design, was released, along with "Shelby" and "Newell." In 2014, two new models, "VEGA" and "GITANE," were released, with new frame colors available: ruby, rocket blue, and nude. Durable, environmentally friendly acetate resin is used for the material. All are priced at 39,000 yen.
