Teva(R), which was founded in 1984 when it developed the world's first sports sandal with straps, will release the "FLATFORM UNIVERSAL – OC" and "HURRICANE XLT 2 GLADIATOR - OC," collaboration models with fashion brand and select shop "OPENING CEREMONY," on the Teva official website from July 16th.

This season, which marks the fourth installment since the first collaboration was announced in 2014, features limited edition models with urban silhouettes inspired by urban adventurers. The "FLATFORM UNIVERSAL – OC" features colorful, pop colors and a platform sole that's approximately 6.5cm high. The "HURRICANE XLT 2 GLADIATOR – OC," featuring a stylish gladiator-style ankle strap, is available in unisex sizes, expressing a design that embodies versatility. Both shoes combine Teva's long-standing functionality with Opening Ceremony's unparalleled sophistication to create practical yet edgy, futuristic styles.

Introducing colorful platform sandals and unisex gladiator sandals with suede straps

These platform sandals are a pop and colorful version of the popular "FLATFORM UNIVERSAL" model. These shoes feature a six-color striped midsole in vibrant yellow, orange, green, red, blue, and black, and a smooth, full-grain leather topsole with a thickness of approximately 6.5cm. The OPENING CEREMONY logo is placed on the heel. The punchy, bold colors are a perfect accent for your wardrobe, balanced with the soft suede straps for a playful look that's characteristic of OPENING CEREMONY. The universal strap system and durable rubber outsole ensure a comfortable fit, and the Velcro fasteners allow for two-point adjustment for a snug fit.

These versatile gladiator-style sandals feature an urban silhouette inspired by urban adventurers. Teva's iconic Universal Strap System is updated with suede straps and metal buckles and tri-rings. The gladiator ankle strap is removable with hook-and-loop fasteners for a stylish accent. The durable Durabrasion Rubber(TM) outsole provides excellent traction. The fit can be adjusted using the hook-and-loop fastener and buckle.
