AHKAH Omotesando Hills store renovated with male customers in mind

Aug 6, 2013

Jewelry brand AHKAH will be renovating its Omotesando Hills store, which opened in February 2006, on the 20th of this month.

The new AHKAH Omotesando Hills store will target both female and male customers, with a space and product selection that is designed with a unisex perspective. The store, which is often visited by couples, offers gifts for women, engagement and wedding rings, and jewelry that men choose for themselves. The store space makes extensive use of wood for the arched facade and fixtures, and is designed with male customers in mind.

The store will stock unisex products, including the full lineup of the men's jewelry collection AHKAH HOMME, as well as the bridal collection AHKAH mariage. Exclusively available at the Omotesando Hills store from the first day of the reopening will be a set of three bead bracelets (35,700 yen) made of 10K gold and tiger eye, glass beads, and 10K gold and lapis lazuli, as well as men's and unisex block rings (two types each of silver and gold, priced from 15,750 yen to 68,250 yen).

AHKAH was founded in Japan in 1997. The brand name comes from the nickname of its founder, Akemi Fukuoji. With its flagship store in Jinnan, Shibuya Ward, the brand is sold in Isetan Shinjuku, Ginza Mitsukoshi, United Arrows Harajuku Flagship Store, Tomorrowland Shibuya, and many other department stores and apparel shops. It is also available in countries around the world, including London, Paris, and Monaco.
