Starting July 3rd, also Soup Stock Tokyo (1-26-13 POOL, Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo) in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, will host a rooftop beer garden where you can enjoy four types of craft beer at your leisure.

This beer garden offers five summer-inspired dishes, four types of craft beer, highballs, and soft drinks all-you-can-drink, all for a reasonable price of 3,800 yen. The beer garden can be rented out for groups of six or more, making it ideal for a variety of occasions, from drinking with colleagues to family get-togethers or just to cool off with friends. The three-hour time slot is from 5:30 PM to 10 PM (two-hour slot on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 3 PM to 10 PM), with a maximum of 12 people, and reservations are accepted for groups of two or more. Reservations must be made two hours in advance.

Also, starting in July, a summer course featuring edible soup and wine will be available. The concept is Asian breakfast, and the menu starts with an assortment of appetizers such as "Fresh Spring Rolls with Lemon Chili Sauce" (Vietnam) and "Chijimi with Doubanjiang Sesame Sauce" (Korea), followed by dishes from various Asian countries such as "Gado-gado Salad with Seasonal Vegetables and Avocado" (Indonesia) and "Chicken Wing Gai Yang" (Thailand). For the main course, there are "edible soups" that can be shared, such as the herb-infused "Lemongrass Thai-Style Acqua Pazza" (Thailand). A 10-course meal is available for 4,900 yen, while a 13-course meal with a choice of three main dishes is available for 5,900 yen (per person). All meals include free drinks.
