RAY'S will open at Yuigahama Beach House in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, for a limited time from July 1st to August 31st.

RAY'S ORIGINAL BROILED CHICKEN is a wildly popular chicken dish originating from Hawaii's North Shore, affectionately known locally as "Huli Huli Chicken." Huli Huli means to turn in Hawaiian, and as the name suggests, the chicken is grilled over a charcoal fire while rotating, resulting in crispy skin and plump, juicy meat that is infused with juices.

To give customers a taste of the North Shore atmosphere while in Kamakura, the new restaurant will have its main chicken grill located at the front of the store, closest to the ocean, allowing them to enjoy a hearty grilling experience just like the real thing. The menu includes the "Ray's Lunch Plate" (1,400 yen including tax), which comes with huli huli chicken, a classic in the United States, rice, and coleslaw salad; the "Ray's Huli Huli Chicken" (whole, 2,000 yen including tax / half, 1,200 yen including tax), which lets you enjoy a whole chicken; the "Garlic Shrimp Plate" (1,600 yen including tax), which features shrimp with garlic and a creamy sauce; the "Hamburg Steak Curry Plate" (1,400 yen including tax), which features Hawaiian-style curry made with coconut milk and topped with a hamburger; the "Loco Moco Bowl" (1,400 yen including tax), which features a perfect combination of gravy and hamburger; the "Taco Rice Bowl" (1,400 yen including tax), which adds a mild touch to spicy taco sauce with avocado and cheese; and the "Empty-handed Hawaiian BBQ" (for two or more people / 4,500 yen including tax), which lets you enjoy a barbecue without having to bring anything.
