FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store run by Flavor Works Co., Ltd., a member of the Bay Cruise Group, will be releasing a new fair menu using plenty of seasonal lemons from July 7th.

Based on the concept of "the best dish," FLIPPER'S is a soufflé pancake specialty store that offers "miracle pancakes" with a new texture and experience, using carefully selected ingredients and a simple method that makes the most of the ingredients' natural flavor. The new "Miracle Pancakes: Lemon and Cream Cheese" is a dish inspired by a refreshing lemon cheese tart.

Fluffy soufflé pancakes are topped with rich cream cheese gelato wrapped in gyuhi, cheese cream made from Setouchi lemons, lemon compote, lemon cream sauce and various flavors of lemon, creating a gentle sweetness. The dish is accented with a crunchy almond crumble resembling a tart crust. Drizzling with the fresh lemon and lemon ginger sauce, which is served separately, adds the strong acidity of the lemon, transforming the gentle flavor into a refreshing impression. Enjoy a refreshing experience right down to the last bite.


In addition, a limited edition version of the popular lunchtime "Eggs Benedict" has been released, with lemon added as an accent. "Eggs Benedict Honey Mustard Chicken with Fruit Salad" features tender honey mustard chicken made from Date chicken, poached eggs, zucchini, and hollandaise sauce, and the eggs Benedict are surrounded by a salad made with plenty of fruit, including grapefruit, orange, and lemon.


We are also offering the "Twin Drink Cup," which can be freely combined to pair with other drinks. This is the latest drink that will satisfy your cravings, allowing you to enjoy both colorful fruit teas that are perfect for spring, such as "Tieguanyin Strawberry Tea" and "Tieguanyin Orange Tea," and the classic "Tapioca Milk Tea" all at once.
