Available only in the summer, ukakakigori is shaved ice made from strawberries picked in the spring from the farm of Ichigo Koori Honpo Co., Ltd. in Kochi Prefecture, and frozen while still fresh. In addition to the regular version, this year they are also offering a mini size and a special version topped with shiratama (rice flour dumplings) and vanilla ice cream. The soft, fluffy strawberry aroma hits your palate and the appearance is great too. Ukafe also has terrace seating with a sense of openness. Enjoy summer on a lush terrace that you wouldn't expect to find in Roppongi. This is a limited edition product, so please take this opportunity to try it out.
