MOUSSY, the high-casual brand developed by Baroque Japan Limited, has launched an exclusive collaboration with Lou Doilon, the internationally acclaimed artist, model, and actress. The collaborative items will be unveiled for the first time at noon on June 19, 2020.

This collaboration with Lou Doillon, who has long been one of MOUSSY's brand icons, was realized to commemorate the release of the JAPAN version of her original album, "Soliloquy." We have produced a total of four types of T-shirts featuring original illustrations by Lou Doiilon himself, and have also created original tags based on the CD disc design of the album "Soliloquy." The T-shirts are available in two styles: standard and boxy, and are made of soft, comfortable fabric for a comfortable fit.

<Lou Doillon>
Born on September 4, 1982 in Paris, France.
Her father is film director Jacques Doillon, her mother is actress and singer Jane Birkin, and her sister-in-law is Charlotte Gainsbourg - she grew up in a family of entertainers. In addition to her acting career, she is also active as a model, and has attracted attention from all over the world as an iconic figure. In 2012, she released her debut album, "Places," and began her career as a singer in earnest. The album was acclaimed by various French media outlets, and the following year she won the Best Female Artist award at the Victoires de la Musique, France's equivalent of the Grammy Awards.

▪TRACKLIST
Brother
The Joke
All These Nights
Last Time
Too Much
It's You
Burn
Flirt
Nothings
Soliloquy
Windows
Snowed In
"Soliloquy" is rich in metaphors, but the meanings are not overly complex. "Nothing" refers to averted glances, and "Widows" is a metaphor inspired by Dorothy Parker. "Flirt" describes a relationship where the other person disappears before the conversation can even begin—something we've all experienced. In contrast, the album begins with the outspoken "Brother," in which Lou asks, "We need hope. Look at us climbing the barricades, now see where we're headed."
How this compelling album translates to a live performance is a challenge, even for Lou. "I've always held my guitar, but this time I'm thinking about standing closer to the front of the stage and not playing an instrument. Maybe I should try being more free?"
The sold-out performance at the Olympic Theatre in Paris, where the audience was deeply moved to see Lou dancing and singing, is still fresh in our memories.
