On January 20th (local time), LOEWE presented its Fall/Winter 2024 Men's Collection at a special venue set up in the historic French Republican Guard equestrian training arena in the heart of Paris.

A departure from the concept and form of the look. Fascinating characters appear as a collective. Extremely explicit and straightforward expression. A ceaseless rush. Motion is captured within the look as it crystallizes ambiguous American iconography. This is direct and clear in coats, suits, blousons, jumpers, long cardigans, leather trousers, fatigue pants, tracksuit bottoms, as well as biker boots, combat boots, and skater shoes. Items are arbitrarily combined in a cynical attempt to "impose" rather than suggest a look: shoes with socks, socks with trousers, trousers with jackets or coats, belts with waists. The result is a parallel to what happens day and night in our collaged reality.

Richard Hawkins' work is fragmented and transformed into prints, knitted jacquards, embroidery on oversized squeeze bags (which also come in denim), embroidery on puzzle totes, leather marquetry, glass studs and fringe, and further collages on jewelry and clothing.
