The advertising film for "Chance Eau Vive" (50ml 9,000 yen, 100ml 14,000 yen), the newest addition to CHANEL's "Chance" fragrance series, which will be released on June 26th, was released worldwide on the 12th.
The film was created by Jean-Paul Goude, who has been in charge of advertising for "Chance" for many years. The story unfolds in a fictional bowling alley, and symbolically depicts a young, brave, and strong-willed woman who aspires to be a "Chance Girl."
The film has been released in 15" and 30" versions. In the 15" version, a woman with a serious expression on her face throws a bottle of Chance Eau Vive, which is meant to represent a bowling ball, down the lane, striking with great force three bottles from the Chance series, which are meant to represent pins: Chance, Chance Eau Fraîche, and Chance Eau Tendre, and successfully seizing the opportunity. The 30" version depicts her being welcomed as a new member with the blessings of the three Chance members.
