"Landscapes with Hydrangeas and Aquatic Plants" exhibition by flower shop "Fuga" at Daikanyama T-Site

Jun 15, 2015

The flower and plant shop FUGA is hosting an exhibition titled "Rainy Labyrinth: A Landscape with Hydrangeas and Aquatic Plants" in the outdoor space of Daikanyama T-Site through June 21st. Located in Aoyama, FUGA offers a wide variety of fresh cut flowers and large plants, carefully selected from a unique perspective. They offer a wide range of products, from home flowers and plants to display arrangements and coordination for exhibitions, tailored to suit various purposes, environments, and spaces. The exhibition showcases unique ways to enjoy plants during the rainy season, from FUGA's unique perspective. The exhibit features rare varieties of hydrangeas, including the "Mona Lisa" with its gradated flower colors and the Western-style "Annabelle." The flower display vessels are made from lightweight, rust-resistant zinc and feature "Labyrinth" containers from the ZINC series by Belgian planter manufacturer DOMANI. "Labyrinth" will only be available at "Fuga" in Japan, and this will be the first time it has been used in an exhibition in Japan. Utilizing the characteristics of "Labyrinth," by combining not only hydrangeas but also aquatic plants and bamboo, a landscape has been created in which the plants come alive during times of abundant water.
