A press preview of Tsutaya Electrics, opening in the Futako Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center, was held on May 3rd. The store will be located on the first and second floors of the shopping center's Terrace Market, directly connected to the station. A cinema complex is also opening on the third and fourth floors of the same building. With a sales floor area of 2,800 sq. m (9,200 m2) on the first floor and 4,500 sq. m (4,312 m2) on the second floor, it is roughly twice the size of Daikanyama Tsutaya Books. The entire facility is a lifestyle-focused electronics store, positioned as an extension of the book and cafe space, with a focus on home electronics, interior design, miscellaneous goods, and books, all focused on art and technology.

The entrance on the first floor does not evoke the image of an electronics store, and while the store's facade is reminiscent of Tsutaya Books with its Starbucks, the interior is a tribe-oriented store, with spaces arranged according to lifestyles, guided by bookshelves, magazines, and books. Each sales floor is staffed with a dedicated concierge, whose expertise is focused on each field. The store's attention to detail extends to the collection, incorporating vintage books, antique home appliances, and antique accessories.
While the first floor focuses on smartphone-focused lifestyles, the only smartphones on sale are iPhones. Drones are on display behind the Apple Watch and MacBooks. The "Networking" section, dedicated to PCs and peripherals, features interactive exhibits centered around Microsoft Surface. The "Video" section features a large 4K TV on the wall and focuses on the latest technology, including the popular curved TV and Glass Luce. Also on the first floor are a "FamilyMart!!" and a "Motovelo" bicycle store.
The second floor, like the Daikanyama T-Site, features a central dining and lounge space, surrounded by sections on clothing (fashion, beauty, health), food, housing (health, housing, greenery, play/picture books), and humanities. Separated by bookshelves known as Book Street, the store offers lifestyle spaces for different occasions. The "Housekeeping" section, featuring a collection of air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and lighting, is fronted by a row of modern-design "moconoco" household shrines, creating a theme park-like layout. The "Health" zone offers everything from massage chairs and oxygen capsules to wearable health devices. The "Beauty" zone features beauty appliances with a concierge on-site to provide skin consultations. Popular facial rollers are displayed in glass cases like jewelry, and hair dryers are displayed on the wall. The "Food" section offers a selection of stylish coffee makers and rice cookers. The spatial arrangement of the independent merchandising zone and the books is truly innovative. The second floor tenant zone features Good Meals Shop, headquartered in Shibuya, greenery brand SOLSO HOME, interior design by Alfrex, sound by Bang & Olufsen, and toy retailer Bornelund. The lighting connecting the tenant zones is unified by George Nelson's Bubble Lamps.

In addition, "Cu by uka," a beauty salon specializing in nails, head spa, and hair coloring, which is a collaboration between uka and Culture Convenience Club (CCC), will open for the first time. Cu will also open a store in Umeda Tsutaya Books, which will open on the 9th floor of Lucua 1100 (Ire) at JR Osaka Station on May 8th.
