A vibrant mousse cake made with four kinds of fruit.
The sauce uses peach and two kinds of grapefruit, one red and one white, for a refreshing appearance. The white peach mousse, made with mascarpone cheese, and the strawberry and raspberry mousse each have a refreshing acidity. A sweet that embodies the essence of summer and makes a great gift.
