For leisure or city outings. Marc by Marc Jacobs' "Domo Arigato" backpack [Today's item]

Jun 29, 2015

A new addition to MARC BY MARC JACOBS' "Domo Arigato" backpack series has been released.
"Domo Arigato" is a humorous series inspired by the opening Japanese phrase of the song "Mr. Roboto" by the American rock band STYX.
The new design features a dynamic droplet pattern that resembles white paint splattered on black. With its stylish monotone color scheme and leather handles and zippers, this design is perfect for both leisure travel and everyday use.
The small "DOMO ARIGATO OIL DROPS" (H33cm x W24cm x D10cm, 28,000 yen) features a leather patch on the front. The large size, which can hold luggage for an overnight trip, is the "DOMO ARIGATO JUMBLED PRINT" (H38cm x W32.5cm x D18cm, 33,000 yen), which boldly features an "unsmiley" instead of a "smiley" with its mouth turned upside down. The double zippered pockets and shoulder strap feature a hand-drawn floral print, creating a subtle change in pattern.

The shoulder straps are also padded, making them comfortable to wear even for long periods of time. The smooth nylon liner makes it easy to wipe clean. It can also be used as an organizer when storing your luggage in your suitcase while traveling.
