The "Daytime SPA" (60 minutes/15,000 yen), available from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, is a body care program for weight loss and anti-aging, taking advantage of the diurnal biological rhythms that activate the body's functions. The "Night SPA" (60 minutes/15,000 yen), starting at 5:00 PM, is a relaxation program to maintain your mind and body at the end of the day. After a hard day of work and play, you can release your excitement and tension by relieving stiffness in your face, neck, and shoulders, leaving your mind and body feeling refreshed. This treatment also prepares you for healthy sleep.
