gmgm, the popular brand known for its flower-shaped doughnuts, is now selling Japan's first "baked snack doughnuts." Orders will begin on May 30th at the online shop of gmgm, a store specializing in flower-shaped baked doughnuts. The storefront, which has been closed for the time being, will also reopen at the same time. Enjoy these special doughnuts with wine, beer, or other carefully selected alcoholic beverages for a special, luxurious moment.


1st dish: "Prosciutto, Fig & Rosemary"


A luxurious mix of fresh figs, prosciutto, blue cheese and cream cheese. Dried orange, rosemary and nuts are added to the surface, allowing you to enjoy different flavours depending on which part you bite into. We recommend pairing it with white wine or beer.


2nd dish: "Anchovy Tomato x Basil"


The salty anchovies and the concentrated umami and sweetness of the sun-dried tomatoes are an exquisite match. The use of soy milk gives it a fluffy texture, and it also pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet and refreshing aroma of olives and basil. This goes well with red wine or a highball.


Powdered cheese is mixed into the chocolate on top, making it less sweet but with just the right amount of sweetness that brings out the saltiness.

Each donut is made with a luxurious recipe that combines more than 15 ingredients, resulting in a meticulously crafted donut. GMGM donuts are also free of refined sugar, synthetic colorings, preservatives, flavorings, margarine, shortening, etc., and we continue to pursue the best ingredients so that you can enjoy them with peace of mind.
