Bakery Factory, a suburban bakery shop based on the concept of "freshly baked bread factory," will be selling five new products from June 1st. The new products are perfect for early summer, including sweet breads made with tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, and savory breads made with summer vegetables. A ratatouille made with four vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant, and tomato) topped with fried eggplant and cheese on a focaccia.
"Edamame and Corn Rustic Bread" 240 yen
A chewy bread made with a high-hydration dough made from wheat produced in Tokachi, kneaded with corn, edamame, and cheese.

In addition to the classic "Beef Curry Bread," Bakery Factory offers a wide variety of "curry bread." The selection has been further enhanced with the addition of the "Vegetable Curry Galette," which features chunks of vegetables, and the sweet, small-sized "Chibikko Curry Bread," as well as the new June product, "Keema Curry Fougasse," an evolved curry bread.
