This season, the global reach of Craft in Motion is evident, with influences from around the world, from the manmade to the natural.

Models move through the world of the show, traversing the continents and oceans that unfold before their eyes. From joy to hardship, the collection explores inspiration through travel, imagination and displacement. The archetypes remain dynamic, transforming and mobile. As they journey from the ordinary to the extraordinary, their clothing is no longer bound by the artificial, but instead embraces the primal and natural world.

Simple designs, such as knitted swimsuits evocative of another era, appear early on, revisiting the notion of dressing up and transforming.

Oversized basket-shaped bags and giant duffels filled with last season's discarded clothes, evolving from businesslike to rebellious.

From the dreamy urbanite commuting by train to the castaway washed up on the shore, the tailored suit with its strong, structured shoulder lines gives way to the rustic, natural and primal. The concept of national dress becomes international, blending different sartorial archetypes from around the world, and also carries connotations of nomadism and, at times, imaginary flags.

Accessories are the ultimate travel accessory. Newspapers from around the world are printed on leather and transformed into foulard bags. Shoes and bags in tropical leaf, pool blue, raffia and rope are all crafted from exquisitely engineered leather. Meanwhile, the ceramic and oversized sardine bags are almost entirely new in this context.

From dresses inspired by cacti and nautilus shells to flowers, fireworks and rock formations, the collection celebrates the simple wonder of dressing without boundaries. The unique satisfaction of dressing up. The joy of being able to be anyone or anything. The joy of traveling the world and your imagination through clothing. These are the things that this collection seeks to embody.
