
BEAMS will pre-release "BEAMS beyond TOKYO," a visual book showcasing its collaborations, at BEAMS stores in Japan and on its official online shop, on January 20th.
Rizzoli, a New York-based company that produces visual books focusing on art, photography, and fashion, has published "BEAMS beyond TOKYO," the first visual book by a Japanese retailer. The book showcases collaborations with brands, designers, artists, and creators from around the world that BEAMS has come across and admired since its founding in 1976, and will be released worldwide on February 14th.
The production team, including art directors and photographers, are also comprised of up-and-coming Japanese artists. The book also features interviews and messages from the incredible talents that BEAMS has connections with as part of its community, making it a book that serves as a culmination of BEAMS' 40 years of history.
