From February 7th to 18th, Megumi Ogita Gallery in Tokyo's Ginza district will be hosting the "Ueda Shunichiro Collection: Nostalgic Artists of the Manga Artists' Picture Book Association," showcasing works by seven artists from the Manga Artists' Picture Book Association, including Osamu Tezuka. Ueda Shunichiro has amassed a diverse collection, including contemporary art and works by mountain-related artists from the Manga Artists' Picture Book Association and the magazine Alp. The exhibition features over 30 original drawings, prints, and ceramics by seven members of the Manga Artists' Picture Book Association, which he has been collecting for 35 years since purchasing original drawings at a 1979 Manga Artists' Picture Book Association exhibition. Artists featured include Hiroji Ohba, Osamu Tezuka, Shinji Nagashima, Noboru Baba, Kunpei Azuma, Ryohei Yanagihara, and Takashi Yanase.
