Starting February 1st, Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be offering warming sweets perfect for winter, such as dessert pizzas and a lunch buffet.
The Italian cafe "Fiorentina" on the first floor will be offering two types of dessert pizza (1,800 yen) from February 1st to 28th. The first is a pizza with chewy pizza dough topped with figs, mascarpone cheese, pistachio paste, and finished with salted caramel sauce. The second, "Dessert Pizza Calzone" (1,800 yen), is a pizza wrapped in lightly sweet Italian chocolate, mascarpone cheese, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, and baked. The chocolate melts the moment you open it, making it the perfect Valentine's Day treat. The all-day dining restaurant "French Kitchen" on the second floor will be offering a chocolate fountain on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from February 4th to March 26th, where you can dip as much of your favorite toppings as you like into melted chocolate. Toppings will change daily, with ingredients such as marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, brioche, croissants, and cream puffs available. There are two options: "Grand Weekend Brunch" (8,800 yen), which includes free-flowing drinks such as champagne, red and white wine, and various spirits, and "Weekend Brunch" (6,200 yen), which includes a glass of champagne.
