The Toranomon gallery space "CURATOR'S CUBE" will be hosting an event called "chairs 15people&15chairs," showcasing the favorite chairs of 15 art directors, stylists, designers, and more. The event will run from February 14th to 25th. The event will showcase the chairs' designs and backgrounds, along with the stories of their owners. "When I visit homes, offices, stores, etc., I'm always drawn to the chairs. Surprisingly, most people choose their own chairs. I wanted them to share the stories of how they discovered their chairs," says curator Shinichiro Nakahara, president of Landscape Products. He has invited Hiroshi Ito (CEO of groovisions), Takashi Kumagai (stylist and photographer), Fumiko Sakuhara (interior stylist), Yasuyuki Takagi (photographer), Shigeki Hattori (CEO of graf), Tetsuhiro Hattori (YAECA designer), and Akira Minagawa (minä perhonen designer). Chairs that showcase the attention to detail of designers such as Eames, Ettore Sottsass, and Arne Jacobsen will be on display. They will also be available to purchase on the spot.

A reception will be held from 6pm on the first day, the 14th.
