In the latest advertising campaign for Gucci's Travel Collection, Global Brand Ambassador Lee Jung-jae is portrayed at The Savoy Hotel in London, where the brand's origins are revealed.

Facing award-winning actor and Gucci Global Brand Ambassador Lee Jung-jae, the second chapter of the Gucci Valigeria advertising campaign is set at The Savoy Hotel in London, the historic hotel where the Gucci story began. It is here that brand founder Guccio Gucci, working as a porter in his youth and witnessing jet-setting global travelers passing through the lobby, decided to open his own luxury luggage atelier in his hometown of Florence.

Through scenes of Lee Jeong-jae visiting The Savoy carrying Gucci's signature modern-day travel bags, the advertising campaign illustrates how Gucci has continued to create uniquely designed travel items throughout its 102-year history, preserving and further developing its original vision.

Shot in the hotel's signature Royal Suite by Gucci, decorated with pieces from the Gucci Décor collection, as well as in the elegant entrance hall where The Savoy's name is displayed, the visuals and film connect Gucci's present and past, revealing how the brand's founding story lives on in the latest Gucci Valigeria.

The advertising campaign features items from a travel bag line named "Gucci Savoy," designed with archive motifs and paying homage to the hotel's pivotal role in Gucci's history. The new Gucci Porter line, a collaboration with Italian luxury luggage manufacturer FPM Milano, will feature FPM Milano's signature Bank Trolley bag as well as aluminum travel bags featuring Gucci's GG pattern and Web stripe.
