Yohji Yamamoto's accessory brand, discord, has released a new vanity bag for its SS15 collection. This cube-shaped vanity bag features a playful YY-shaped pull handle. Crafted from finely textured, high-quality kip (cowhide) and soft deerskin, it's finished with traditional Japanese shibori (dyeing) techniques. The strap allows it to be used as a shoulder bag. The black version is priced at ¥68,000, while the gray shibori version is ¥85,000. Available at Yohji Yamamoto's Aoyama flagship store, Isetan Shinjuku, and Fukuoka Iwataya. The brand launched with the SS14 collection. The brand name, "discord," means "disharmony," and its designs, which pursue asymmetry and unfinished beauty, are characteristic of Yohji Yamamoto.
