Aesop has opened a new street-level store in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

The new store was designed by Case-Real. It is modern yet has a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of Shinjuku, which has a nostalgic feel to it.

Inside, rough-grained plaster walls bring warmth and roundness to the space, while the porous walls evoke the feeling of a natural cave exposed to the elements. Gently curving along the walls are waist-high, mirror-finished stainless steel cabinets.

At the beautiful, modern stainless steel sink, you can try out Aesop's skincare, haircare, and body care products to your heart's content, and a consultant will also be available to help you choose the right products. Feel free to ask for advice.
