Japan's largest bread festival, "Bread Festival 2020 Spring in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse," will be held for three days from March 6th to 8th at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Event Square.




Since its debut in March 2016, "Bread Festival" has been a hugely popular event, attracting over 900,000 visitors to date. This year, bakeries from all over Japan, from popular local Kanagawa shops to well-known shops from further afield, will once again be gathering, including 16 first-timers.



The lineup of popular bakeries making their debut include Little Princess, which developed the world's best apple gift, Heavy Luxury Apple Bread, to save Aomori's apples from a crisis; KIKUCHIYA BAKERY from Sendai, Miyagi, known for its watermelon bread; Ishikawa, a premium bread specialty store whose bread has been certified as an offering to Ise Shrine; and Boulangerie L'Ecrin, known as the bakery of the top-class French restaurant Ginza L'Ecrin.
