"Wine and the Sea" is an event where you can enjoy tasting 100 types of wine while feeling the sea breeze, and it will be held for two days on October 5th and 6th at MARINE & WALK YOKOHAMA.


Wine and the Sea is a special market held twice a year where you can enjoy wine tasting and delicious food that goes well with it while feeling the fresh sea breeze. By purchasing a wine glass and glass holder (3,500 yen) at the reception, you can sample as many wines as you like from the approximately 100 types, and if you find a wine you like, you can also purchase it on the spot.

In addition, this time, there will be a special campaign where the first 60 people each day to attend "Wine and the Sea" will receive free admission to the event.


As with the past two events, the venue will feature a focus on natural wines, but will also feature exhibitors offering "wines with more delicate and pure characteristics." More Yokohama-area stores will be participating than ever before, with three stores confirmed to be participating: Saba Tora Liquor Store, Il Carice, and ADOLE. Three stores from the Tohoku region, Yamagata and Miyagi prefectures, will be participating, bringing the total number of participating stores to 17, including 16 wine stores and one bread store, making this a market where you can taste and compare the carefully selected wines of each store.


Stores at Marine and Walk Yokohama will also be offering food that pairs well with the wine. Hawaiian restaurant Kakaako Dining & Cafe will be serving up a garlic shrimp bowl featuring plump shrimp, while Spanish restaurant Miguel Juani, natural yeast bread shop & Swell, and COMMUNITY MILL, which also has a soda bar, will be offering a lineup of snacks that go perfectly with wine, including nuts and salami. PEANUTS DINER, a popular spot with families, will be serving up adorable Snoopy-printed ice cream sandwich cookies that pair perfectly with wine.
