The jewelry shop on the 4th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku will be gradually refreshed and reopened on August 28th, introducing new brands, products, and services, with approximately 40 permanent brands and a scale that is about 1.5 times larger than before.

To ensure that everyone, from loyal customers to younger generations, can enjoy jewelry, the range of items available has been increased, from brand icons to high-end jewelry, and services have been expanded to include not only ready-made products but also the creation and search of personalized jewelry.



The environmental design theme is "Glass Fountain - A fountain plaza where water and light sparkle." The luxurious space uses white and golden marble and features illuminated colonnades and a brand facade clad in a glittering frame, creating an environment that makes you feel like you're strolling through a glamorous jewelry plaza.

Seven brands will be opening their first stores at Isetan Shinjuku: Wellendorff, REPOSSI, H.P.FRANCE BIJOUX, Robinson Pelham, Gold Salon SGC, Jewelry Repair & Reform ajour, and Isetan Loose Stone Selection. This will be REPOSSI's first directly managed boutique in Japan.

In addition, some brands such as Repossi will be offering a lineup of items exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku in conjunction with this refreshed reopening.

The Made to Order Zone has newly opened "Isetan Loose stone Selection," where you can create jewelry from scratch using loose stones. Jewelry repair and remodeling has also expanded, with an expanded selection of designs available, and it is now possible to remake existing jewelry from scratch upon request.

We also offer a variety of services to help you choose jewelry. Our "Bridal Ring Attendant Service" offers experienced, dedicated staff who will guide you through bridal rings from a variety of brands, addressing any concerns or requests, and providing personalized guidance to help you find the perfect bridal ring. The Attendant Service also makes it possible to compare rings from luxury brands, which would be difficult to do on your own.

At the "Jewelry Attendant Service," dedicated staff are on hand to assist with any inquiries regarding jewelry. A special salon by appointment only
The "Treasure Hunt Service," which will be launched to coincide with the refreshed reopening, is a new service in which knowledgeable jewelry and fashion specialists from the Shinjuku store travel both domestically and internationally to make customers' dreams and aspirations come true. Whether you're looking for a rare color or a large diamond, want to choose exquisite jewelry at a luxury brand's flagship store, or want a one-of-a-kind design, we'll meet all your needs.

We also offer a special salon by appointment, featuring high-end jewelry. It will be used as a special space for special hospitality, such as when you meet with a treasure hunt service attendant.
