The fluffy shaved ice is topped with melon pulp, a melon pulp sauce, and condensed milk, allowing you to enjoy the freshness of melon to your heart's content. This shaved ice is actually a collaboration with Sun Fruits, a fruit specialty store located in the basement of Ginza Mitsukoshi.

Other standard shaved ice items available in July and August include "Strawberry Shaved Ice" (1,944 yen including tax), made with plenty of strawberries, and the August-only parfait, "Fig and Orange Parfait" (2,376 yen including tax), features a jelly made with Sautels wine, which pairs perfectly with figs.
