The show took place at 30 Avenue Montaigne, the birthplace of the house. This season, Maria Grazia Chiuri explored the form and function of clothing, drawing inspiration from the studies of architect Bernard Rudofsky and presenting a collection inspired by caryatids (pillars).

The look, which was almost entirely colored in black, questioned concepts such as the body, clothing, and living arrangements, and was an experimental creation that reconsidered the relationship between clothing, space, and time.
