"Pureen", a new type of pudding specialty store that combines carefully selected ingredients with creative ideas, will open in Namba CITY, Osaka on July 12th.
On the first floor of the main building of Namba CITY, which was founded in 1998, "SIGN OF THE FOOD", a select shop that offers a hands-on food experience, will have its grand opening on July 12th.
One of these stores, "Purine," is a pudding specialty store opening for the first time. Its signature menu items include a fluffy souffle cheesecake pudding and a surprise pudding that tastes like mayonnaise, made with carefully selected ingredients such as cream cheese made from raw milk from Hokkaido's Konsen region, domestic unsalted butter, domestic additive-free fresh cream, and unadjusted milk.
The "Souffle Cheesecake Pudding" (450 yen), made with a fluffy souffle cheesecake on top of a smooth, handmade pudding, is a luxurious pudding with a soft, creamy texture. Seasonal flavors using seasonal fruits will also be available, and the "Souffle Cheesecake Mango Pudding" (480 yen) will be on sale at the time of opening.
"ChooChoo Pudding" (400 yen), a fun pudding served in a mayonnaise container, was born from a unique idea. You can either suck it up as is or spread it on bread and bake it.
