PABLO, a shop specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts, has released a new product for early summer: the "Lemon Custard Cheese Tart." It will be on sale for one month only, from June 1st to 30th.
New product available only in June: "Lemon Custard Cheese Tart" - 1 whole cake for 1,667 yen (diameter: approx. 15cm)
The "Lemon Custard Cheese Tart" is made by layering lemon jam on top of cheese dough, piping in a generous amount of custard cream, and topping it with roasted pistachios.
The soft tartness and sweetness of the lemon jam with diced peel and the rich texture of the custard cream go perfectly with the cheese tart! The lingering sweet and sour flavor makes for a refreshing taste perfect for early summer.
