Beurre Ange releases Pain de Mie Chiffon, a cool, sweet bread similar to chiffon cake

BAYCREW'S original boulangerie, BOUL'ANGE, will be releasing a "cool" sweet bread called "Pain de Mie Chiffon" starting June 1, 2019, with a limited quantity of 20 per day.




BOURG ANGE was launched in June 2017 as BAYCREW'S first original boulangerie brand. Based on authentic French bread making, the brand offers beautifully presented breads made with carefully selected flour from around the world and seasonal ingredients. This time, BOURG ANGE will be releasing "Pain de Mie Chiffon" as a special product to commemorate BOURG ANGE's second anniversary.

This "Pain de Mie Chiffon" is a loaf of bread with a light and fluffy texture, just like a chiffon cake.


"Pain de Mie Chiffon" 630 yen per loaf (Limited to 20 pieces per day / On sale from June 1st to the end of July)

It is made using sugar beet sugar, which gives it a rich flavor derived from minerals and a subtle, gentle sweetness. It can be enjoyed as a soft loaf of bread, or chilled in the refrigerator and eaten as a dessert like a cake, which is highly recommended.

In addition, for a limited time, three popular types of bread that are only available at the Beurre Ange Todoroki store will also be sold at each store.

A loaf of bread made with carefully selected Hokkaido wheat flour and kneaded with cream cheese.
