The "Beautiful Beer Garden" will be open on the rooftop of Matsuya Ginza from May 24th to September 30th for a limited time.

The annual Beautiful Beer Garden, which began in 2013, is an upgraded version of last year's popular "Beautiful Body" campaign, with the theme "Beautiful Body +," featuring healthy and nutritious menu items including high-protein meat, low-calorie vegetables, fat-burning cheese, and energy-rich rice.



There are two set menus featuring beef, pork, and chicken, with 50g more meat than last year. The "Standard BBQ & Exotic Paella" (¥5,500 per person, tax included) includes a meat platter, as well as a vegetable platter with baby corn and green currants, cheese fondue, and tortillas, and a paella set for finishing off the meal. The "Premium BBQ & Exotic Paella" (¥12,000, tax included) offers an upgraded meat platter, free-flowing sparkling wine, and a dedicated staff member to assist with the BBQ. All courses include two hours of all-you-can-drink. As with last year, AYA, a charismatic CrossFit trainer and woman striving for a beautiful body, has overseen the salads for the course menu and the drinks for the optional menu. The "AYA Salad" included with the BBQ set menu is a nutritious salad made with carefully selected ingredients such as kale, quinoa, almonds, cashews, and Romanesco, topped with tuna, peppers, and leafy vegetables. The tangy salted lemon dressing gives it a refreshing taste that's perfect for summer.



Also recommended from the à la carte menu are the "Mixed Berry Smoothie" (972 yen including tax), which combines coconut, which is rich in potassium, minerals, and vitamins that regulate muscle function, with mixed berries, and the "Mango and Chia Seed Mix Juice" (1,296 yen including tax), made with mango and the superfood chia seed.
