For her Spring/Summer 2023 collection, Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri took inspiration from Catherine de' Medici to explore the many facets of feminine power through a wardrobe steeped in the grace of authority.

Through a series of images shot by photographer Brigitte Niedermayr, the Renaissance of Dior style comes to life, revealing a world steeped in mystery. Photographed in a sophisticated space between light and shadow, illuminated by shades of green, the looks evoke the essence of Dior and its iconic encounters with style icons such as the reinvented corset, accentuated by graphic forms. Crinoline skirts and dresses are reinterpreted in unprecedented harmony with sportswear details reinterpreted in dialogue with the past and present.The collection is a fascinating journey full of mystery, celebrating the strength, fragility and beauty of the eternal woman.
