Lemon Shop by FRANCAIS, a new business venture by Western Confectionery Francais, will open on April 17th in the basement of the west exit of Odakyu Shinjuku Station.
The shop will sell two types of lemon cake: fresh and baked.
The Fresh Lemon Cake is a rare type of lemon cake made with a mousse made using Danish cream cheese "BUKO" and filled with a rich lemon cream made with plenty of lemons from the Seto Inland Sea and mascarpone. The crunchy dough on the bottom adds an accent.
