Conrad Tokyo and French jeweler Chaumet are collaborating to offer the "Princess Celebration" Afternoon Tea, which will begin on May 1st.

The afternoon tea is inspired by Chaumet's jewelry collection. Gorgeous and intricate sweets and savory dishes, sparkling like jewelry, are lined up on clear plates, including a tart shaped like the house's iconic tiara, mini cakes adorned with tiny tiara-shaped sugar crafts in Chaumet's signature cobalt blue, and sparkling jelly.



The blueberry cake, with its vibrant blue color and sugar craft tiara topping, is eye-catching. The gold dragées are a luxurious garnish.



This tart, inspired by a tiara, features vanilla mousse on top of strawberry and ruby chocolate ganache, and a chocolate tiara for a touch of elegance.


The macarons are designed to resemble earrings, and one bite will instantly envelope you in the scent of roses. The refreshing flavors of raspberry and lychee blancmange, lime-flavored elderflower jelly, and pineapple layers are all served in a long, thin glass dish. The vacherin, garnished with a single fresh strawberry, is decorated with a motif of a woman in a pink dress and is filled with lemon cream.



Savory dishes, which provide exquisite accents between the sweets, include a beautiful dish with layers of sparkling gold Sauternes wine jelly and foie gras mousse, Bolognaise rice ball croquettes designed to resemble Chaumet jewelry with pink and gold dust, and a salmon tart marinated in beetroot and orange and garnished with black pearls of balsamic vinegar.




As a new era begins in May, enjoy a luxurious moment in the open space of "Twenty Eight," overlooking Tokyo Bay sparkling in the early summer light.
