From April 11th to 14th, the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will be hosting the "Taiwan Festival in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse," a gourmet festival bringing together Taiwanese culture and authentic cuisine.

At the venue, you can enjoy authentic gourmet food and home-cooked meals that are rarely available in Japan, while feeling the local atmosphere decorated with colorful lanterns from Taiwan's famous Lantern Festival.
As for gourmet food, starting with the classic "xiao long bao," you can enjoy exquisite dishes unique to Taiwan, a gourmet powerhouse, such as "Taiwanese noodles" which are seasoned pork intestines and soft noodles served in a thick, rich, spicy soup, "scallion pancakes" made with wheat flour dough mixed with thinly sliced green onions and fried until sizzling, "da jipai" which are crispy deep-fried chicken breast pieces fried in ground cucumber powder, and "lu rou fan" which is a Taiwanese home-cooked dish of shredded pork braised in soy sauce served over rice.

For sweets, we recommend "Pearl Milk Tea," milk tea with large tapioca pearls, and "Yu Yuan," a Jiufen specialty dessert made from sweet potato dumplings. Enjoy four days of experiencing Taiwanese culture!
