On May 8th, actress Tomoyo Harada attended the launch event for the "World Heritage Kamigamo Shrine Shikinen Sengu Commemorative Cultural Project Supported by AGF Blendy" at Kamigamo Shrine, one of Kyoto's oldest shrines and a World Heritage Site. She beamed as she enjoyed the "one-of-a-kind coffee" made with Kyoto's renowned Kamiyama Spring Water. As a special supporter, Harada appeared on stage in a vibrant green polka-dot kimono, evoking the early summer vibe, adding a touch of elegance to the venue. The "Shikinen Sengu Commemorative Cultural Project" announced today is supported by AGF, which operates coffee businesses such as "Blendy," for which Harada has long served as the image character in commercials. "Kamiyama Spring Water Coffee," a coffee developed using Kamiyama Spring Water, will be served at Kamigamo Shrine for a total of five days: May 9th and 10th, July 25th and 26th, and October 17th.

Harada commented, "I just had the chance to try Kamiyama Spring Water Coffee, which is made using the pure water that springs from the historic Kamigamo Shrine. It had a clear aroma and deep flavor. It reaffirmed to me that it is water that supports Japanese coffee. I hope everyone will come and try this precious coffee at Kamigamo Shrine."
