FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will be selling the "Miracle Pancake Melty Chocolate" as part of its winter season menu for a limited time from January 16th to March 14th at all Flipper's stores in Japan.

The "Miracle Pancake Melty Chocolate" (1,400 yen) is a plate of fluffy soufflé pancakes topped with diced raw chocolate, chocolate crunch, chocolate ice cream, and chocolate ganache. Just before serving, it's topped with a piping hot chocolate sauce, allowing you to enjoy the chocolate flavor and melting texture that deepens with each bite. This chocolate-filled dish is the perfect dessert menu for Valentine's Day.

Adding the bright red raspberry sauce that comes separately adds a sweet and sour touch and a touch of elegance, further enhancing the Valentine's Day mood.

During the same period, Flipper's Stand, the takeout specialty store that sells the "Miracle Souffle Pancake Pudding," will also be selling the seasonal flavor "Miracle Souffle Pancake Pudding Melty Chocolate" (600 yen). It will be on sale at all Flipper's Stand stores (NEWoMan Shinjuku, Harajuku, Jiyugaoka (scheduled to open February 1st)) and the Flipper's Nakameguro store.
