The Akasaka Flea Market in ARK HILLS, which is held on the fourth Sunday of every month at ARK Hills in Akasaka, Tokyo, is opening for a limited time at Isetan Shinjuku. From January 16th to 22nd, a seven-day pop-up shop called "Akasaka Flea Market in ISETAN SHINJUKU Vol.3" will be held at Center Park/The Stage #2 on the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building.

This year, the third time the market is being held, the theme will be "remake fashion," and a total of 22 selected stores from the Akasaka Flea Market will be participating. The venue will be home to a collection of shops selling unique vintage craft materials, remade secondhand clothing, and clothing accessories, all of which are rare even among the Akasaka Flea Market's offerings.

CO-, a specialty store for antique and vintage buttons in Higashi-Kanda, will offer rings and brooches with interchangeable buttons, as well as original buttons inspired by old buttons. They will also be selling Bimini buttons, handmade glass buttons made in England in the 1940s that have become collector's items and are considered highly rare art pieces.

Ryokuen, an Asakusa shop that collects colorful and cute European vintage items that fit into everyday life, will offer fabrics produced in Germany from the 1960s to 1980s, as well as hand-embroidered cloth.

CO-
Petit Musée, which proposes a lifestyle with antiques, mainly focusing on old French paper and lace, has a wide selection of French antique lace from around 1900, including delicate and charming materials that can be used as accents or as the main focus of remakes.

ORLANDO, which offers tableware, miscellaneous goods, and photogenic objects from France and Belgium to add color to everyday life, introduces a wide variety of delicate metal parts with diverse designs, created during the Art Nouveau period. They are recommended not only for processing into accessories, but also for sewing onto hats and bags, and as materials for greeting cards, etc.

KALEYDE
This shop offers a wide selection of items that capture the profound depth of fashion, including vintage items purchased in Europe and one-of-a-kind pieces remade with a focus on fabric and shape. "yu:yu" offers a unique, natural style for all ages, featuring vintage clothing, accessories, and miscellaneous goods from the UK and France. They sell items like stylish Swedish grandpa shirts with collaged European antique lace on the collar.

Kaai creates collage-like pieces that combine various vintage, imported, and modern parts from around the world, and their items allow you to enjoy the contrast between different materials and the surprising designs you can only get from vintage items. Additionally, KALEYDE, which creates accessories by combining different materials such as vintage materials collected from flea markets both in Japan and abroad, original engraved parts and resin parts, will be releasing a wire ring called the "Cabochon ring," which is a remake of a vintage bijou for sewing.

UNIVERS Y
In addition, many popular stores from the Akasaka Flea Market in ARK HILLS will also be appearing, including Lucy&Matilda, which sold British antique goods and was well-received when it set up a stall last time; UNIVERS Y, which is popular for its scarves, brocante goods, tableware, and fashion accessories discovered at French flea markets; and poison vintage, which sells vintage clothing, jewelry, bags, and more purchased from over seven cities in the UK and France.

As a special collaboration with the Akasaka Flea Market, attendees of both the event and the Akasaka Flea Market in ARK HILLS, to be held on January 27th, will be entered into a lottery to win an original postcard by "M!DOR!", the designer of the Akasaka Flea Market's main visual. If you bring the raffle ticket you received at the event to the Akasaka Flea Market on January 27th, you will be entered into the lottery once per ticket to receive a postcard or participation prize.
