The lineup of art exhibitions scheduled for 2019 is already exciting.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo will reopen in March after a three-year closure, the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art has announced its closure in 2020, and will feature Sophie Calle's "Extreme Localized Pain," large-scale exhibitions of Klimt and Schiele, Tomoko Mukaiyama's "The Pianist," an all-night exhibition at Ginza Maison Hermès Forum, a Le Corbusier exhibition, and the Setouchi Triennale, which takes place once every three years, from spring to autumn.
